Jon Kenzo Okeya is an artist by day and a curious chef by night. With his friends Luke Uyeda and Michael Murata, Jon has built a secret backyard diner called "The Shokudo". By learning family and community recipes and traditions, the motley crew of yonsei learn about their culture through cooking food and having conversations.
